OUR WORK · A specialty retail brand
The brand is what happens at the counter.
Context
They make it and sell it the same day. When inventory, recipe, and shift live in someone's head, the store cannot scale without the founder on the floor.
What we did
- Mapped store ops from open to close: production, counter, inventory, handoff
- Put owners on recipe, batch, and quality so the product holds when it is busy
- Designed replenishment from what actually sells — not from a guess at close
- Installed the shift cadence so the next team can see what the last team left
- Left a system the store runs without us in the room
