OUR WORK · A combat-sports federation
The score has to hold when the room is loud.
Context
A match ends. A protest starts. If the score lives on paper and memory, the federation cannot stand by the call. They needed the judging operation to be as serious as the sport.
What we did
- Mapped fight-day as a process: officials, tables, scoring, results, protests
- Designed the judging flow so every score has an owner, a timestamp, and a trail
- Built the live scoring system the judges run — not a fan app, the system on the table
- Installed the protest and results path so a challenge has a file, not a conversation
- Wrote the event-day runbook: what happens when a table fails or a result is disputed
